Event Summary:
We are thrilled to invite you to the Euro-BioImaging All Hands Nodes Meeting 2025. This meeting is an excellent opportunity for Euro-BioImaging Node staff to gather, share knowledge, and collaborate. The event will feature plenary sessions, poster presentations, workshops, strategic discussions, and social events, including a gala dinner and dance party.

Target Audience:
Euro-BioImaging Node staff, including technical and administrative personnel from all Nodes.

Date: March 25-28, 2025

Location: EMBL Heidelberg, Germany

Format: Hybrid (In-person and remote participation available)

Deadline for Application/Registration: January 10, 2025 (abstract submission and travel grant application)

You can register for the meeting using this form. If you wish to present (poster or plenary presentation), please submit your abstract through the form linked above.

Funding Opportunities:
Through the EVOLVE project, five travel grants are available to Node staff attending the meeting. Grants cover travel and accommodation expenses up to 750 EUR. Eligibility is based on abstract submission for oral presentations, and priority will be given to early-career staff (less than 3 years working in imaging core facilities) or Nodes underrepresented at previous meetings.

You can apply for the travel grant as part of the registration for the All-Hands meeting within the same form.
